Nutrition can be very overwhelming especially right now. You have so much information at your finger tips it can be hard to interpret. You won't get any gimmick diets, miracle herbal supplements or untested methods from me. I believe in always starting at the basics, making a strong foundation and building you up at a pace you are comfortable with.

No fad diets or any diet will be pushed upon you. I'm not here to tell you what to do, only to guide you to the healthiest way to accomplish your goals. We will always start by building a strong foundation, no matter what your experience level is and build upon that.
TAILORED MACRONUTRIENT PLAN AND EDUCATION
First we will start with data collecting and your outcome goals. We will then conduct a 1-on-1 interview to refine data and decide on an action plan. We will figure out what works best for you and your schedule. I will create behavior goals that you are able to stick to to get you to the outcome goal. After your action plan is initiated, I will help you stay accountable via check-ins. I will monitor and access to improve your diet. Tasks will be given when ready. This will be done through MyFitnessPal or through printable worksheet records that I can provide. As always I am always here for any questions or concerns.
